Returns & Refunds

At Silver Star Magnets, every magnet is custom-made with your personal photos and created just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we want to make sure you know exactly how returns and refunds work.

Custom Products

All custom photo magnets are made to order, which means:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong photo, size, or design.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will gladly replace the item at no cost or offer a refund when appropriate.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package never arrives or is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please reach out within 10 days so we can look into it and assist with a replacement or solution.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If the print quality or materials do not meet your expectations due to a production error, we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are personalized:

  • We cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or design changes after production.

  • We do not accept exchanges on custom items.
